I am sharing here my experience... 

My doctor explained that post TURBT one may experience pain while passing urine. I experienced the same. There was lot of inflammation and also the bladder would not be able to hold the same amount of urine it used to before TURBT. The urge to pass will be there for a couple of days. I was given Silidosin 8 mg to improve retention of urine. However pain during peeing still continues due to inflammation and injury due to instruments inserted into your urethra and bladder. 

Stay strong and it will all pass..
