Yesterday I saw the urology consultant who removed some, but not all, of the malignant tumour in my bladder. It was decided that radiotherapy was the best thing to do, due to my age, 83,and other health issues. I have now received an appointment with oncology to arrange this for 13 May. Is this the normal waiting time?
Hi Tattihead and welcome to the group. You are in good company here. The timing sounds about right. They need the bladder to settle down after any treatment. I waited about the same time. You should then have a planning session before the actual treatment starts. Best wishes.
Hi Tattihead . Sometimes the replies are delayed. If your reply doesn't show then just update the page. A dragon tattoo would be great but unfortunately they are just tiny pinhead marks. Best wishes.
