Hospital appointment

Hello Rachel72, of course it's natural for everyone who has been blighted by this horrible disease to feel the way you do. We all face that feeling of negativity because that's how our minds work. We jump to all manner of scenarios usually the worse ones. It's so easy to read into things and misinterpret what is being said. Just don't jump ahead of yourself and take it stage by stage, things will progress and you'll adjust to anything new. You have done it in the past and you'll do it in the future. You are not alone. We are all here thinking of you, best wishes.

Hi Rachel72, I hope the kindness and advice from others on here helps enough. But don't forget you can always talk to MacMillan 8am-8pm 7 days a week on    0808 808 00 00. And if you have a bad night Samaritans will listen not just about harming oneself and are 24 hour.
