Morning all,
So we fly out to Mexico tomorrow morning for a nice two week break..it’s my first trip ever without Leo, im gonna miss him so much…to be honest I’m feeling a bit guilty about going, but Mrs Nigel has told me I need this break more than I realise..just running around double checking I’ve got everything, I’m sure I’ll leave something here lol…
I’ve definitely forgotten how to relax and just live life..hopefully this is the reset to my life that I clearly need…I’ve promised Mrs Nigel that I’m making a life style change when we get back by putting health before work…no more junk food, I can cook fresh meals most days, exercise regularly and lose some weight..
I have to learn how to live with this and not let it control me ( easier said than done) the mental side of this journey has been the toughest for me,
I want to thank each and every one of you for getting me through this…I love you all….
(deep breath)
back to the last bit of packing….
see you in a couple of week xxxx The Nigel’s xxxx
Wishing you a fantastic trip! Lots of relaxation and rest, and a precious time to share with Mrs Nigel. Don't worry about Leo he'll be waiting for you safe and sound. Love Hxx
Enjoy it and try and forget all about your troubles for a short while, hope you have a lovely time.
