Yoghurt

I want to experiment with making gluten free flat breads for my son. Obviously want to taste myself but as having chemo need to avoid active yoghurts a key ingredient for some. Any lists of plain inactive yoghurts would be appreciated.

  • Lyn, if you are able to access the internet, ask Google the same question. I had a quick Google Search to see how it might respond. The answers suggest only a limited number of non-live yoghurts are available. These are only rarely stocked by supermarkets. You could visit a large Boots store to see if they stock non-live varieties. I don't like any sort of yoghurt so my help is pretty weak Grinning.  Maybe a yoghurt fan will pop in and answer in due course. Regards, Ray

  • Hi Lyn, I've never had chemo so no experience but RayMK's suggestion would be my go to. I seem to be asking Google something every day somehow, not that I always believe it.Relaxed Good luck with the flat breads...yum yum. I have a celiac friend and the range of GF foods possible these days is fantastic. Best wishes Hx
