Hi Dragonfire (what a great name choice!) I think the stress of a cancer diagnosis and the effects of on-going treatment are exhausting. Certainly flattened me at the start. Tired people often feel low. Brilliant that you are getting a holiday and if you are in the UK luckily the sun will be shining on you today.
