Wow this was another tough couple of months..
I’ve stopped taking pain killers
i can eat and drink what I like now
i can exercise now
im sleeping better.
I’m starting to forget what the pain was like.
of course I have to thank all of you for your amazing support throughout this tough couple on months. You have all been brilliant..
its nice to be able to post something positive…
