Well as some of you may know I had a torrid time with my catheter in after my last tumour resections, during the recovery time I lost between and stone and a stone and half. Barely eating at the time and drinking so much I was hardly ever hungry. So I was down to about 17 stone. I've decided to try and get some more weight off by counting calories. Fluctuated between 18 to 18.5 stone in general.
I've lost a stone in just over 4 weeks. So I'm less of a fat git even more than I was, still probbaly need to lose another 2 stone to be an ideal weight, and then of course to make sure I don't put it back on.
Just thought I'd share.
