Evening all, I seem to be posting a lot of doom and gloom at the moment, so tonight I’m pleased to post some good news…
I’ve taken small steps to improve my mind and body, no junk food for a couple of weeks, eating fresh food daily and walking most days…
results, lost half a stone, asthma is better, im sleeping better.. anxiety is staying away…
Still having grief with TFL but I’m not gonna stress over it….
love to you all

My last set of BCGs was due a while back, but the reaction from number 18 made me postpone them for a while.
My bladder is much better now, so could start again, but I'm not going to just yet.
My next biopsy is due soon, but not heard from my consultant.. maybe I should chase but I'm quite happy not being prodded and probed... Rolling the dice abit I know...
Other than that all is well.
Trevor
