Morning all,
I just wanted to post a massive thank you to you all for the support, encouragement, bad jokes and general kindness over the past month.
BCG #13 to #15 has been very testing for me mentally, physically and emotionally… but my fantastic MacMillan family have got me through it.
Apart from a check up in December I now have six wonderful months to get into shape-ish and get my mind trained..
I will be here to support you all in any way I can…
Mrs Nigel has just had surgery on her shoulder so I will be nursing her back to fitness also…
im looking forward to getting back to my running (plodding) and enjoying life again…
