It occured to me today that you often don't get told stuff always. Or even if you are you are still not quite prepared for it. Even when you have experienced it before.
Quofe for example, if you don't know what quofe is I suggest not googling it You have been warned not to Google it so don't. I will not be held responsible for advertisements you get following googling that
I'm sure the guys may know what I am on about, usually related to cameras and anesthetic gel and air.
I mean I've had it happen before but still was not quite as prepared for it today after my chemo, and it was the biggest one yet.
Sorry but sharing is caring as we all know and if it makes even one person smile then it's all gravy.
If you want to know but don't want to Google message me and I'll respond not really sure how open we can be on here even still now.
Admittedly I'd never heard of Quofe until today either
And sorry ladies but I guess you also have the same issue somewhat as we men do.

Hi Simon
Ladies have a word spelled slightly differently, but with the same meaning..I’ll say no more..
Sarah xx
I did think I wonder if it would still be classed as one of those on a technicality given it's from a different source somewhat, and I was well aware of that word for women for sure, just never needed to know or heard the male version before.
As you can probably tell I have too much time on my hands
The brain can be a dangerous thing but I'm experiencing PTSD so you will all have to give me some leeway

To be fair, it’s the first time I’ve heard of the male version!

It's almost hilarious isn't it?
Just life throws up unexpected things no matter how old you are.
And how sometimes things pass you by and you'd never think of or question something, but them something makes your brain go... "Oh"

Sorry sometimes my brain goes into overdrive and I lose all sense of reality and normalcy quite easily. Tbh I often think I have something wrong with me
And then I go and spoil it all
By saying somethin' stupid like, that (rubbish)
