I hope everyone is ok…
im enjoying my six month break from treatment, mentally I feel very good, im controlling the anxiety. I’m working on the overeating, got a phone call on Tuesday to discuss the results of my last blood test for the prostate…( the BCG has caused inflammation in the prostate) flexi in June….
im up to 30 minutes a day walking, work has picked up so that takes financial pressure off me…waiting for a date for a six week dealing with stress course at Maggies…Mrs Nigel is good and the dog is still the king of the house….

Morning Nigel, Its brilliant to hear you are doing well with the fitness and managing the anxiety that this awful disease gifts to us . Glad to hear Leo has his rightful position at the head of the table lol !
I was at the last home game of the season last night followed by a farewell to Kevin de bruyne ( magnificent player) Didnt get home till 1am and paying the price for it. very worth it though. Manchester town planners played a blinder allowing Bruce Springsteen, Kylie and our last home game all on the same night at same time ! 100,000 people trying to find a parking spot !!
