Hello all,
I hope everyone is ok…
im enjoying my six month break from treatment, mentally I feel very good, im controlling the anxiety. I’m working on the overeating, got a phone call on Tuesday to discuss the results of my last blood test for the prostate…( the BCG has caused inflammation in the prostate) flexi in June….
im up to 30 minutes a day walking, work has picked up so that takes financial pressure off me…waiting for a date for a six week dealing with stress course at Maggies…Mrs Nigel is good and the dog is still the king of the house….
love to you all Nigel xx
Hi Nigel,
All's well thanks. Like you I'm suffering a bit from inflammation, but of the bladder rather than the prostate (I think).
Had my last biopsy on 16/05, now just waiting for the results.
Good to hear that you're in a good place.
I also need to lose some weight, blinking hard though. I really just need to move more, but is difficult getting motivated on a few hours sleep... But I must try harder.
Keep with the positive vibes and I'm really glad things are going well.
Trevor
