Evening all,
I hope you’re all as well as can be.
i went to my local Maggies on Thursday to do a session on dealing with everyday stress….it was brilliant…I’ve come away with so much positivity…
It’s only now that I realise what I’ve been through…to have all my thoughts and feelings explained to me in a way where I can understand that what I’ve been feeling is normal.. picked up some great tips on how to control the anxiety..and since Thursday Ive been the happiest that I’ve been since this all started…
I’ve signed up for a six week course on the same subject…
I don’t post much at the moment but I do think about you all a lot…
loge to all
Nigel
Evening Nigel. Good to hear you are sounding a lot more upbeat and positive. Not experienced Maggies myself, but many here have recommended it and sounds a good source of support and help. Best wishes.
Hi Nigel, I'm so glad to hear that Maggies has helped you so much. This BC journey has such a lot of elements to contend with and I definitely agree that anxiety is a big one. I had a course of counselling which helped me, there are still anxious times but now I have some techniques to help.
It's lovely to hear that you are doing well, and we think of you often too
Sending love and hugs, Ade xx
