Blood clots

I think this is fairly common with bladder cancer and maybe slightly more so after a TURBT. If the clotting is excessive or blocks your system, do seek medical attention.

I still occasionally have a small clot or two (perhaps once per year) despite the last of my two TURBTs being done in 2018. My cancer is being treated on a palliative basis because co-morbidities make many treatment options too risky. Another TURBT is possible if my slow growing cancer causes too many problems. At the moment, I do see occasional rosé urine about 25 times per year and excessive sediment does block my Foley catheter frequently.
