Hi Nigel. Good to know work is finished, at least for a day. Have a nice time tomorrow with your family. Looks like your houseguest may become a permanent fixture. All the Best.
hi Nigel, i am sorry to hear the niggling anxiety . I do find it can come and go , often after i have thought about something catastrophic or worst case scenario. one thing i have learned is to treat myself like i am my best friend. I would put my arm around her and reassure her it will be ok. If i can do that for a friend i can do it for me . Christmas was just lovely Nigel, I am however really exhausted and needing to sleep more than usual, there is always a price to pay if i push the boat out !! I hope you will be kind to yourself , try to do the relaxation. I find its good to do even when not anxious . sending you a big hug.
PS : I see Spurs & City didnt get the memo from us that we need the wins please haha, they dont help with stress levels !!
Much love Angela x
