Hi Angela, are you OK? I hope I haven’t missed any of your posts this weekend. Garviv
Hi Garviv, its lovely to get your post, I havent been in the forum for a couple of days, I have probably missed alot and need to catch up. How was your next BCG ? hope it was kind to you.
I have had bloods taken today for liver and white cell count, which have been slightly raised. I am hoping its the BCG , but it has really preyed on my mind these past few days and left me a bit low. Anyhow I walked to the surgery and back and its lifted my spirits a little. test results anxiety is very tiring.
How have you been ? currie night, PNE and golf ? and of course the blinking weather haha . Thanks for thinking about me dear friend
Much love Angela x
Hello Angela, sorry to hear about your liver count. I do hope everything goes well with positive results. The dreaded “what ifs” mmm. Chin up Angela we rely on you to rally round us when we are anous and a little down. Uncomfortable night following BCG yesterday but feeling better now. Peri Peri chicken with spiced chickpeas Friday. Golf is good. Less said about PNE at the moment the bette Roll on transfer window. Do you remember when the late Queen visited anywhere the hosts always painted everything. Hence the Queen assumed everything smelled of fresh gloss paint. I have a similasyndrome Bleach and Robinson Barley Water. Sounds like a recipe for a new cocktail. stay well Angela. Garviv
Thanks Angela
I’m doing ok thank you- all the better for a weekend visit to Scotland where I finally got to cuddle my new granddaughter for the first time. That made up for all the uncomfortable travelling!
You’re right about how tiring the cycle of tests, results and the anxiety of it all can be. I got a call while I was away about a surgery I was due to have around about now for an issue unrelated to my cancer but I no longer need it! Phew!
I had issues too with a raised liver count last year (again unconnected to my cancer) which is now resolved so I hope you have no further issues with yours. Keep smiling!
Sarah xx
