Has anyone had a change in there bowl movements as I haven’t seen anyone that has since there first op ?
Hi Forestranger . We know general anaesthetic can have an adverse effect on the bowels, usually constipation. Most people get over it in a week or so, but we have seen people where it can linger longer. I had radiation which really affected my bowels in the sudden urge to go. It lasted several weeks but gradually got better. Best wishes.
Yes I found I had to eat some licorice this really helped my constipation
