Hello Everybody, I had a telephone call today while playing golf from my Urology Nurse. My last urine sample is still highlighting a bacterial infection. More antibiotics ( Trimethoprim 200 mg) Had my first and only BCG instillation May 30th. Next scheduled installation in two weeks time. Frustrating! Garviv

Hi Garviv,How frustrating that this infection is still there.Do you know what bacteria it is showing ? I wonder if you need something better than Trimethoprim or have they been changing the antibiotics each time ?

Hi Garviv, damn!! Rotten news, but I've known of others who had delays at start because of infection who eventually got their full doses successfully. Keep the faith and maybe distract yourself with extra time on the golf course? xx
