Urinary incontinence. After Turbt

I had a TURBT for the second time just over a week ago for the removal of a tumour which had returned after only 3 months.

Since then I have had a very weak urinary stream and a degree of incontinence in.terms of leakage. Whist this is manageable with pads I didn’t experience this after my first TURBT and was wondering if this is a normal side effect of TURBT and if so is it temporary

I should add that I had a minor problem with this prior to my first TURBT but it has escalated quite considerably since this second TURBT

My OH suffers similarly to you long term. The leakage doesn't seem to be constant though.

He is 78 and already had urethral strictures though as well as benign enlarged prostate as far as I can gather [partners not allowed in during covid, then not anyway at cystoscopies]
