Just got home from Guys and had the first BGC, it all went well and I am now going to rest up, sort of anticipating the fatigue and trips to loo and possibly pain but fingers crossed it will not be too bad, eight more to go. At least I have started on the bcg journey now and pray to God it works x
After each dose I always dedicated the next day to flopping about, watching TV and treating myself to delicious food. It got so I almost looked forward to it.

now you know what to expect you won't feel so anxious about it xx take it easy and make sure you keep drinking lots of water xx
