Any one else have constant back ache with muscle invasive bladder cancer. I have a stent from kidney to bladder, but could also be not as active whilst having chemo so a bit of sciatica!!!! CT scan imminent so hopefully no spread
Hi Gillmc and welcome to the group. I was muscle invasive and had bad lower back pain, sometimes very painful. I did not have any stents, but fortunately my pain just turned out to be one of the common symptoms of bladder cancer. I was advised to take a paracetamol and told to drink lots of water. We do tend to overthink all the aches and pains we get, so hopefully yours may turn out to be nothing sinister. The CT will pick up anything else untoward but are generally used to rule anything else out as well as give them a bigger picture of what they are dealing with. Best wishes.
