It's that time when I pop on here to give you guys my annual CT results - I'm happy to announce that I was given a normal scan result at the end of May this year and I'm now almost 6 years clear since my Radical Cystectomy followed by Chemo. I hope this gives everyone on here (and especially those just starting their journey) HOPE!!!
I would have posted sooner but sadly a few days after I received my results my lovely, caring and humble brother suffered a fatal heart attack. My brother was not supposed to go ... I'm the sibling who had been ill.
So guys, keep up the fight, stay strong and hug your loved ones tight xxx
Hi Tay. Good to hear from you and good news on your all clear. So sorry to hear of the loss of your brother. I know what it's like to lose someone so close to you when you are the one who is ill. Life can be so cruel. My thoughts are with you and your family.
Thanks for letting us know your good news Tay62. It does help to hear about others successful treatments. Sorry you have lost your lovely brother. Sending you a hug. H x
