winkers60. Hi Jane. Thanks for asking. It's been 9 months now since the break. 6 month wait for an op, then a further 2 weeks in hospital with severe infection. Wound now healing, but mobility restricted and still painful. Unlikely to get back to work before she retires in December, as her job involves humping hospital beds round. Best wishes.
