Just back from a covid test prior to my cystoscopy on Tuesday. This flexi was due end of August, so 5 months since my last all-clear. Telling myself to be pragmatic and accepting whatever the result but truth is those niggling fear feelings are creeping back up. I know from experience how heart sinking it is when a recurrence appears before your very eyes. So think I'll make a beetroot and chocolate cake this afternoon and possibly eat the whole lot myself before Tuesday:)
Beetroot and dark chocolate is a marriage made in heaven, and 1 of your 5 a day. x
Good luck H, we'll all be thinking of you fingers crossed ot all goes well xxx
Maybe post the recipe in Chatty catch up thread? I have a few beetroot languishing in my fridge...

Fingers crossed for you. I may be new to the game but realised after 4 flexis where the results weren't what was hoped for that being over optimistic is not a good way too deal with them. I now go into them with no set expectations.
