Hi Sue. Only Admin can change your username. They will do it for you if you email them at   community@macmillan.org.uk  .

You can send a picture in as well if you want your profile pic changed. Best wishes.

hi . Try this. Click on the zig zag message icon next to your profile pic, top right. Click settings. Click notifications. Make sure all boxes are ticked and saved. Things are a minefield at the moment trying to find things. Best wishes.

Hi Garviv. Not sure if that will help as I was thinking of notifications rather than posts. If no joy, try posting your problem in the HELP GROUP where admin should be able to answer.

Not related to the above but when I click on Notifications and click View All then I get "Macmillan has redirected you too many times". I have cleared cookies as suggested but it makes no difference. Any ideas?

Hi gandulf, yes I get that. As I’m not getting email notifications at present I was using the zigzag and it was fine but now it comes up with that message. Now accessing latest posts from discussions in this forum. You need to report it I think..
