Hi All. How is everyone doing? Anyone stuck indoors? Remember, this is a support group, and things don't always need to be medical. There is usually someone here if you just want a chat, a moan, or any stories. My wife has been stocking up on paint, so guess what I will be doing in the near future. Best wishes.
Torrential rain in N.Derbyshire last night and previous night. Now just very very misty. Scary to hear on R4 yesterday that Woburn, not far from Bedford where we used to live, had a month's rain in a day and nearby Dunstable High St flooded. Yes warm and dry indoors and jolly grateful for it.
Fancy coming over to tidy our art supplies Jane?! They are my hoarding weakness and they were Auntie's too, whose house we had to clear... sigh, too much temptation!

Hi,I hope you are all keeping warm and dry ? It’s stopped raining briefly but it’s been torrential these last few days.I’ve sorted out mum’s large desk.It took hours but everything is organised now.Today I have made a start on the sheet music sorting
It’s hard to keep motivated on my own but I plod on and hope that there will eventually be an end to all this clearing.Love to all Jane xx
Hi Jane you really are amazing I'm in awe of your motivation It must be so hard and I'm sure brings back so many memories of your lovely Mum It's actually sunny here in Bury Lancashire and Mr W and I have taken down the sweet pea frame after cutting the last flowers Bit late but we have put in 50 Snowdrops and 100 mini daffs He is doing well on the immunotherapy for his Merkel cell the horrible painful lump on his scalp has gone and his swollen lymph glands are back to normal Scans early next month so fingers crossed Incidentally the immunotherapy AVELUMAB also treats ureter cancer so hoping for a bogof result I do hope you find a buyer soon and also a nice new home for yourself Love and hugs Celia xx
Lovely to hear news of you both. It’s good to hear the immunotherapy is helping.Fingers crossed for the scans.I’ve got most of the sorting done now.I’m more motivated as the house gets emptier but some days I can’t get going at all.It depends on how I am feeling health wise.It is hard at times but I think mum would have been pleased.Love Jane xx
