Hi All. How is everyone doing? Anyone stuck indoors? Remember, this is a support group, and things don't always need to be medical. There is usually someone here if you just want a chat, a moan, or any stories. My wife has been stocking up on paint, so guess what I will be doing in the near future. Best wishes.

  • Thanks H,I think I have decided I don’t want to live in the same area as the hospital. As I only get phone appts now perhaps it’s time for a change of hospital.I’ve packed up a few boxes today,it won’t hurt to box up items I don’t need for the time being.John is trying to clear at his house to make room for his stuff that is here.X

  • More spring colour from the garden.Everything has grown so much with all the rain. It’s overwhelming the amount that needs doing outside.

  • Not techie enough to add to your lovely pics. But very chuffed my delicate mauve anemones have survived and have more flowers than last year.

  • They sound lovely.I don’t have any anemones. My aunt is coming to help me in a couple of weeks so I hope she can help with the garden.I’m so behind with it all and the weather has added to the delay in getting on.

  • Hi Denby, my blue anemones are really lovely but the white ones seem to have succumbed to the frost. The blue bells are making huge amounts of green leafy growth thanks to the incessant rain, which means less flowers coming through. Us gardeners are never satisfied Slight smile

  • Hi H,The bluebells here are doing the same.I’m trying to get on in the garden but physically it’s all too much now. It’s incredibly frustrating when I’m keen to get on.It’s a lovely day though and the fresh air is lovely.Love Jane xx

  • Hi

Follow up results tomorrow. I had my scan over 4 weeks ago and don't expect anything nasty. My bloods were fine and the consult is over the phone, so no travelling into London.  Five and a half years, so I'm hoping to go onto yearly check ups, although I did have incidental prostate cancer, so it may continue on 6 monthly. Funnily enough,  I still get a bit of anxiety, but it has got easier over the years.

It doesn't matter where you go, there you are
  • Hello Ianw, I wish you well for tomorrow's consultation. It's ingrained in our psyche that we have that background anxiety, its what bonds us all together on this site. I'm sure your gut feeling is correct. Take care.

  • Hi Jacaranda

Too true and thanks for the support.
