My tumour was removed on June. G2pTa, so lucky but no mitomycin wash. Coming up to 3 month flexi. Are these tumour types likely to return? Anyone out there with the same at initial diagnosis?
Hi . Over the years we have seen these things go both ways. Some have a recurrence, others get the all clear. I believe that sometimes it just comes down to the luck of the draw.. Hoping all goes well for you. Best wishes.
BC is very likely to recur, but as rily says, some are lucky. You need to be vigilant in going for checkups, but if it stays same grade or less, all that's needed is continued removal. A nuisance, but not life threatening. Another G2, they would probably recommend BCG immunotherapy. Hope you get good news.
