Good for you Joyce, give Que Sera a try it might help. Non of this is easy , and I think all of us have had scanxiety before tests. i am having bloods taken for my annual CT and trying hard not to think about it. In quiet moments I can hear sneaky thoughts trying to give me anxiety, its all very tiring isnt it. Good luck to you friend  

Good morning Jane thought I would give you    Some tips for your decorating. I ran a painting and decorating business for 40 years. There is product called easy fill available from b&q easy to use won’t crack and easy to sand need to wear a mask when sanding take care Phil x ( Jane if you need any advice let me know Phil )
