Hello Jason, Inflammation within the urinary system is relatively common. It can usually be recognised by urology specialists and distinguished from cancerous growths. If there is any doubt, a biopsy will be performed so that the pathology laboratory in the hospital can analyse the material at cellular level to determine whether cancer is present and also to see how far the abnormality has invaded the muscle tissue/bladder wall. If inflammation crops up repeatedly in a patient, medics will monitor it more closely because this can eventually lead to cancer in some cases. Only your doctor or cancer specialist can really answer that. However, your result would be considered by most people to be a good one.
