Afternoon all,

Had BCG #18 at 9am this morning, held it for almost the two hours.. been uncomfortable for around three and a half hours waiting to have a proper wee..

Finally at three-ish I had a pee with an ok flow, been again since and another ok flow, and I can sit down now pain free…feel a bit nauseous due to the six pints of water and lemon barley water I’ve had, but all in all it’s been ok…looking forward to a six month break…

Spoke to my CNS today, I asked how many BCG I’m having, she told me that they try to get everyone to twenty one.
if I’m coping ok then we go to twenty seven…watch this space…

love to you all, hope you’re all as well as you can be….

Nigel xxxx

    Trevor

  • Cheers Trevor, hope you’re well mate. Any news on your next lot of BCG?

  • Hi Nigel,

    I'm well thanks matey.

I've decided to stop at 18. My next biopsy should be soon, just waiting for the call up.

Took months for my bladder to settle down after having chronic inflammation.

I guess time will tell if it's the right decision.
