Rigid cystoscopy under GA

Great news Wally. This thing likes to keep us on our toes but all sounds very positive. Feet up for a few days,  Best wishes going forward.

I’m wondering how I keep on my toes with my feet up !

Sounds like a great day compared to my recent Rigid under GA after my Mitomycin treatment. 

Feels like I've done 3 rounds with Tyson this last week and half or so. Problem after problem for me this time. 

So awesome news for a relatively easy cystoscopy and yes it's always a long shift going in that early for sure. Although I had a midday admission again this time, that's twice now and it's so much better at that time than early morning for me as I work nights so getting up early doors is hard for me. 

Sorry to hear of your difficulty Simon, and hope you’ll soon feel better. This was my 22 nd cystoscopy, along with 21 BCG and 15 mitomycin over 5 years. Along with 5 TURBT it becomes a way of life.

Holy crapola batman. You have certainly been through the wringer over the years. I don't know how people cope with that much. 

So sorry you have had to endure all that my friend. 

I understand that sometimes severity and wanting to preserve the bladder but surely at some point more retic measures must be the way forward. 

I certainly hope I don't have to undergo that many rigid cystocopies and treatments to be truthful.
