Evening all,
I had BCG #15 back in September 23rd…and still I’m in pain when peeing and when going to the toilet…I feel like I’ve strained my insides…sitting, walking is painful…I’ve tried only eating food that’s bladder friendly, cut out all spicy foods, caffeine ect and still not much difference…im up every couple of hours during the night…I’ve had a urine test which was negative….so Ive come to the conclusion that this is something that I’m just going to have to get use to…
from now on I’m eating what I want and drinking what I want..getting back to exercising and I’ll see how it goes…..
love to all Nigel xx
a bit rough tbh , a proper toe curler when having a pee. I remember when i was in labour with my son , I was kicking the wardrobe with every contraction, not quite that bad . I know it will get easier though Nigel , so i am not disheartened yet !
I need to get a look at the spurs goal from van de ven apparently its a belter , did you watch it ?
Much love Angela x
Oh yes it was a cracker…a must see…
