Could do with some advice I finished 6 weeks of BCG on the 14may this year. Today after me emailing this week I have a TURBTS date of the 29th August. Is this amount of time between treatment and TURBTS usual? I don’t want to make a fuss but I see the guidelines are 8 weeks or so!
Hi JoyceF . 8 weeks is about average in order to allow the bladder to heal after BCG . We sometimes have to chase up our own appointments. I have phoned up several times to find I was not on the list. I always chase my appointments up in advance now. You could let them know you may be available for cancellations. Best wishes.
