Hi, I have been called into the hospital first thing tomorrow morning regarding my biopsy results, however they don't have their MDT meeting until later in the day. Does this mean really bad news, as in there's nothing to be done for me. It's rather unusual isn't it?
Thanks Sue
Hi Dorey and welcome to the group. Try not to read anything in to the timing of appointments. Different departments do not liaise with each other and so it is not unusual for things to go out of order. It would have been better if the MDT meeting came first but this is how things happen sometimes. I hope all goes well with your results. Keep us posted. Best wishes.
