Hi need help as anyone been diagnosed with a necrotic tumour in bladder really scared now x surgeon looking to do ileal conduit urinary diversion instead of taking full bladder any help would be greatly appreciated
Hi Wilkie .May not be quite the same, but one of my TURBTs identified necrotic tissue. Biopsies revealed it was benign dead tissue from a previous op. if I remember correctly, you have not had a definite treatment plan yet. When you get this, things tend to become slightly less anxious as you have something positive to focus on. Best wishes.
