Hi all, I was due to have my 3 month flexi on Thursday this week and have woken up with shocking laryngitis and cough ( that will teach me to go out in the cold ! ) I have had to cancel the flexi, but really anxious that I may not get another one anytime soon. I have emailed Lucy and waiting to hear from her. Has anyone else ( high grade tumour) gone over the 3 months check up time ? I suppose logically even if there was a recurrence the turbt wouldn't happen straight away :( .
Honestly this disease really tests my mettle at times . Thanks for listening everyone.
Hi Angela. Sorry to hear you are feeling under the weather. Me and the wife have been the same so know how you feel. Pity you had to cancel your flexi. In general a delay should not make much difference, just inconvenient. I hope you get a fresh appointment soon. Stay in and keep warm. Best wishes.
Hi Angela,I’m sorry you are all unwell.I’m in pain with my back and shoulder hope to get a scan soon.Went grocery shopping earlier, fingers crossed that John gets to his hospital appt on Thursday as the roads that way are badly flooded.Take care.Love Jane xxx
Thanks Trevor , i do feel wretched right now, please god it wont last. I also have a huge dose of feeling sorry for myself , along side the need to focus on the fight against a recurrence. no wonder i feel fatigued. Thanks for your care Xx
Much love Angela x
