No obvious recurrence following 6 weeks of chemo

G1pTa bladder TCC - February 2023, recurrence in March 2024 - post Mitomycin C

MDT Histology:

27/08/24 : GA cystoscopy and biopsy: Bladder biopsies, A. Right wall, B. Posterior wall: Fibrosis, chronic inflammation.

Findings : Normal urethra, red patch in right lateral wall close to previous scar and posterior wall, normal ureteric orifices, no obvious recurrence

Check flexible cystoscopy in 3 months ( as risk of occurrence )

I can relax for a few months until the next flexi cystoscopy, I will hope for the best but prepare for the worst

Good news Tina , now try to switch off the “ what if/ is it” button for the next couple of months and enjoy all the time till the next cystoscopy.
