Afternoon all,
Had BCG #3 this morning… so far so good.
No problem holding for two hours, on to 3rd pint of barley water… took pain killers before the treatment…
Ive had a busy weekend, The wife’s birthday, my nieces birthday plus Mum and Dads wedding anniversary… I’ve eaten way to much cake…
Half marathon training to start this Thursday…
I hope your all well…
Love to all
Nigel xx
Yes Nigel , half way through whoop whoop. Bleaching palaver will be over soon and you hopefully get a good rest. I was going to comment about cake and then remember I had a doughnut on sunday lol. Take care friend, go easy on yourself with the training.
Much love Angela x
Hi Nigel,
