Hi Angela, side effects wearing off a bit now..I was shattered when I got home this morning, 

6 hours are nearly up… I’ve pee loads… early night for me…

It is a bit of an exhausting day with peeing , cleaning and worrying if every thing is a normal reaction /side effect. Mentally I usually write off BCG day as just one to endure, it still isnt easy Nigel but you will get through it . Hope you have a good night sleep and are not up to the loo ++

When do you stop with the bleaching.. do you stop after 6 hours or does it vary?

Cheers Lynn. Headache is a pain…one of those nagging ones that just won’t go…just taken a couple more tablets… if I can get a good nights sleep it will all be ok…
