Fellow BCG travellers - does the 1st BCG maintenance round induce more or less side effects or the same as the induction doses? My specialist nurse said that my bodies immune system would be primed to react after the induction doses, so a, kind of on the edge of my seat! Thank in advance for your help. Starting maintenance next week. Leo

Nigel how utterly lovely of you to ask. Today is a little better. Had my bloods taken and its now in the lap of the gods so to speak. I am keeping a lid on the what ifs even though at times they push the lid up and escape. I am just going to keep busy in the garden , pretending I am any good at it lol ! How are you my friend ?

Ha ha that’s it don’t let the “what ifs” beat you. Having my own struggles with overeating as usual… but I will get there… I bet the garden is looking amazing… glad your feeling better today…everyone is here for you as you are for us…

Glad your feeling a bit better Angela have fingers crossed that you get positive results from your bloods. I have my first maintenance bcg tomorrow morning.On a lighter note don't let the what iffs bite you on the bum kick them into touch. Love Lynn .
