Hi Brian, sorry to hear it is back . I wasnt aware of TULA so have just looked it up. Very interesting. 
I know these check ups are definitely a blessing even though they can cause anxiety. Good luck with the TULA. Have you had lazer before ?

No this will be the first time, I live in Northern Ireland and think it's relatively new here. They asked if I'd like to try it so I thought why not. You are awake with this procedure so get to go home straight after which is good.

I go on the 28th for procedure so will update after that. 

I also had to look up “CYSTODIATHERMY”. I had this procedure a few months ago. It was as simple and straightforward as a cystoscopy. I was delighted with how much easier on the patient it is compared to the TURBT. I was walking out of the clinic 5 minutes after the procedure (after I pulled my pants up). I had four small areas burned off through this procedure. No anaesthesia and at most mild pinching feeling with the two somewhat larger areas. If the same as mine, no reason to worry at all.

Yes it’s nice and quick.I’ve had it many times in the past prior to cancer.
