Folks have you any advice which are the best pads for men? I am using them to catch gribbles / urine from spasms in the day and at night. The ones I am using seem to rotate presenting the sticky side to my nether regions which is uncomfortable. So any suggestions very welcome. Cheers Leo
I gave up on pads as they were too fiddly and also uncomfortable, so I bought some Tena for Men underpants. They are a godsend, very comfortable and do the job exceptionally well. They are washable, so although they are quite expensive they pay for themselves as you do not have to constantly pay for pads. Tenda quite often do special offers after you buy the first few, so that is a saving too. I thoroughly recommend them.
