Hi everyone of you marvellous people,
I had my clinic appointment with consultant. I felt very stressed when I went in that I may have had to battle for treatment, because I had been told they were monitoring me. It turns out that there was a slight miscommunication and he had been told the 1 bcg that i had back in late August had made my long covid worse ! What happened was after the 1st treatment my husband got covid, then I got it again and my son. It lingered for 3-4 weeks with a nasty cough so bcg treatment stopped.
Anyhow the great news is that currently my bladder is clear of all T1G3 and CIS , I will restart the BCG in the next 2 weeks when they can fit me in. I feel mightily relieved that something is being done.
Thanks to all you wonderful folk for your ongoing support
much love to you all Angela xx
Hi Angela. Excellent news, especially after all your worries. Great to hear of an all clear and good to know they will continue looking after you. I will raise a glass to your future good health. Best wishes.
Hi Rily , thanks so much , it is good news and i shall have a little tipple myself tonight in celebration. I shall raise a vodka cranberry ( good for the bladder hahaha) to all of you lovely people . A little weight has been lifted
