My biopsy results show low grade nibc so I have been scheduled for a second TURBT which is estimated to take around an hour as first one had to be finished after 1 hour 30 mins without removing all tumour . There will be a second biopsy as some of tumour is around tube from kidneys. I have also been referred to have lung nodule investigated . The waiting just continues but first biopsy makes me optimistic !!
Hi Tweenies . Follow up TURBTs are standard and usually not as severe as the first. Lung nodules are fairly common. I have one which has not changed in ten years and they just keep an eye on it with annual CT scans. Best wishes.
