Does anyone have a penile implant & what is the effectiveness & comfort of this?
Sorry can't answer, but knowing the limited number of participants here, you might wish to try the fightbladdercancer facebook page for a greater possibility of replies. There is also an American site, BCAN Inspire which may give some answers too, though you have to take account of the different medical set up there.
I'd also be interested in any feedback on this subject, as the ED has meant the need to plan for proposed intimacy, so as to take tablets and arrange for the vacuum pump to be ready for use. None of this being terribly satisfactory in any way, as erections are not strong enough for penetration, but it's all that's possible at present!
