Had the 6 bcg,had ga in hospital on thursday they checked the bladder and found a red patch and took a biopsy,any one else had this

Hi . These red patches are common and the subject comes up on here regularly. The problem is it is difficult to determine whether these patches are inflammation or new cancer cells. Both look very similar on visual inspection. I have had a few false alarms myself. The positive is they have taken biopsies and will deal with it. Hopefully just inflammation. Best wishes.

Hi Bass man,I used to get them often before cancer.They were always biopsied.Fingers crossed yours will be due to inflammation and not cancer.Best wishes Jane

JUST RANG UP FOR MY RESULTS,MY URINE AND BIOPSY CAME BACK CANCER FREE,GOT A CT SCAN THIS MONTH,AND MTCE 3 BCG IN JANUARY,SO GOOD AT THE MOMENT,BUT IT WILL COME BACK BECAUSE OF THE GRADE,BUT FOR NOW HAPPY DAYS
