Good morning nice people. I have a question to ask. I had leukaemia in 1997 and had a bone marrow transplant. In October last year I was diagnosed with bladder cancer. I have go to 4 cycles of chemotherapy, 20 sessions of radiotherapy and I am now on immunotherapy. Since on immunotherapy my creatinine from the blood test has increased above normal level and my doctor is concerned that it may trigger graph versus host disease from my bone marrow transplant. My doctor told me they haven’t treated patients with immunotherapy that had previously had a bone marrow transplant. I will be interested to hear from anyone that went to a similar treatment.
Hello Nhpjmc. It sounds as though you have really had a time of it with all your different treatments. I haven't got an answer to your question, but would just like to welcome you to the group. Hopefully, someone with any experience of this will be along to help. Best wishes.
