Hi, I’m here as my mum has cholangiocarcinoma that has spread to her liver, lymph nodes and lungs. She wasn’t suitable for treatment and has outlived her initial prognosis. She is now very unwell, at home, being cared for primarily by me (her daughter) with limited input from the local hospice. I feel so alone with her care and medication management. She no longer wants to be alive. How does anyone deal with this?

Generally, your mum’s GP and health care team at the hospital are there to help with the way she is feeling and any practical issues she is facing. The ‘Supporting someone with cancer’ section of our website has lots of helpful information about which professionals are there to help, how to support someone and find the right support for yourself.
I hope this is helpful, please do keep chatting here on the Online Community and reach out for expert support when you need it.
