I took my mum to A&E on Wednesday because she was jaundiced. She has a large gallstone so assumed it was something to do with that. Fast forward two days later (Friday) and the consultant has phoned my dad and myself to come over and meet with her. We are all told she has a tumour in bile duct with nodules on other organs and that surgery is not an option. This inform was from CT scan she is now waiting on MRI scan. I’m just in total shock.
